However good the quality of EPTS courses, participants can only acquire real skills by regularly applying what they learned in practice. Good technical coaching is an essential ingredient for that. We notice that in many organisations it is difficult to find good internal coaches with sufficient time and interest to do that properly.

Our EPTS trainers are well equipped to help with "on the job" coaching, either as follow-on after delivering a regular course, or as a seperate activity. We also believe that by using modern communication tools it should be possible to do such coaching remotely, at least in part. That should help reduce the overall cost and make regular contacts possible.
